Krylon 127 Yard Sale
E-SERIES Van
Starting in 2015, Krylon became the sponsor of the World's Longest Yard Sale, held annually on Route 127, and spanning 690 miles across 6 states in early August. To promote their brand presence and create an icon for all things DIY, a specialized van was designed and outfitted for Krylon Spraypaint. The van, outfitted with a studio in the back, was driven along the yardsale, purchasing antiques and oddities of all kinds as it travelled. The objects were restored in the rear of the van with Krylon spraypaint. At the end of the journey, all the objects were auctioned on pinterest for charity. Footage of the restoration efforts, travels, and the extraordinary Americans who participate in the yardsale were assembled into pieces of branded content for Krylon.
